The store loaded slowly on mobile, category pages had almost no content and many product pages competed with each other.
What I did
- Removed unused plugins and set up caching, image compression and minification
- Rewrote category pages around buyer keywords
- Fixed duplicate content and internal linking
- Added product schema for rich results
